Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for Sparks packs and the Pro subscription. It is part of the Terms of Service. It does not limit any consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

1. Purchases are made in the app stores

Sparks packs and the Pro subscription are sold only inside the app, through the App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google are the sellers of these purchases: they charge your payment method and decide on refunds under their own rules. The website aish-talk.com does not sell anything.

2. How to request a refund

• App Store — at reportaproblem.apple.com: sign in with your Apple ID and choose the purchase.
• Google Play — in your Google Play order history or through the Google Play refund page.

We cannot refund these purchases ourselves, but we can help: if something went wrong, write to us with your user ID and the order number from the store receipt.

3. The Pro subscription

• Free trial. If you cancel in the store before the trial ends, you are not charged at all. The trial is offered once per person.
• Cancelling. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Deleting the app or the account does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds for a subscription payment are decided by Apple or Google under their rules.

4. Results that could not be created

If a picture, comic, or video could not be created through our fault, the Sparks are returned to your balance automatically — no refund request is needed. When a store refunds a Sparks pack, the Sparks from it that are still on your balance are removed.
